This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) applies to all users of AIPlay. By using the Service you agree to follow this policy.
You may not use AIPlay to create, generate, upload, or share content that is:
• NSFW, explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive content of any kind, including AI-generated imagery or video;
• Content depicting minors in sexual, abusive, or inappropriate situations;
• Face-swap, deepfake, identity replacement, or any non-consensual manipulation or fabrication of a real person's face or likeness;
• Content that presents AI-generated output as real footage, real events, or another person's actual appearance in a deceptive manner;
• Violent, gory, hateful, harassing, discriminatory, or threatening content;
• Content promoting illegal activity, drugs, weapons, gambling, or fraud;
• Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights;
• Content that violates the privacy or publicity rights of others.
Artistic filters, style transfer, and virtual try-on effects are permitted when you are the person depicted in the photo or have that person's consent. You may not use the Service to impersonate, misrepresent, or deceive others about a person's identity or about whether generated content is real.
AIPlay applies keyword screening, and where available automated moderation and human review, to screen prompts, uploads, and generated content. We cooperate with payment providers and platforms on compliance and safety requirements for AI-generated content. Content that violates this policy may be blocked, removed, or refused. We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly or seriously violate this policy.
Do not attempt to bypass moderation, payment requirements, rate limits, or security controls. Do not use the Service to spam, scam, harvest data, or interfere with other users.
