By accessing or using AIPlay (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
AIPlay provides AI-powered artistic image and video creation — including portrait style transfer, anime and cartoon looks, creative filters, wallpapers, and entertainment tools. The Service transforms your own photos and prompts into new artistic results using third-party AI models. AIPlay does not provide face-swap, identity-replacement, or deepfake tools, and it does not allow the likeness of any real person to be used without that person's consent.
Some features require an account and/or a paid plan. Paid plans are prepaid quota or credit packs. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. Quota and credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
You retain all rights to the photos and prompts you upload. By uploading content, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that any person depicted in your photos has consented to their likeness being used for generation. You grant AIPlay a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for the content you generate and how you use it.
You may NOT use the Service to generate or share: (a) NSFW, explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive content of any kind, including AI-generated content; (b) content depicting minors in any sexual or inappropriate context; (c) face-swap, deepfake, identity replacement, or any manipulation or fabrication of a real person's face or likeness without their explicit consent; (d) hateful, harassing, violent, or illegal content; (e) content that infringes anyone's intellectual property, trademark, or privacy rights; or (f) content that violates our Acceptable Use Policy.
Generated results are produced by AI and may contain errors, imperfections, or unexpected content. AI-generated results must not be presented as real footage, real events, or the actual appearance of another person in a deceptive or misleading way. Entertainment tools (such as beauty score, zodiac, soulmate and fortune-style tests) are provided for entertainment purposes only and are not professional, medical, financial, or legal advice.
The AIPlay name, logo, and website design are the property of AIPlay and its operator. You may not use them without permission. You may use generated results for personal and lawful commercial purposes, provided they comply with these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIPlay and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. You may stop using the Service at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation first, then through the courts of Chongqing, China.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
